I’m Oleksiy (Oly) Kalinichenko, Founder and CTO at PathToProject.
With 25+ years of experience in software engineering and digital platform architecture, I help organizations design, modernize, and scale complex web platforms. My work spans enterprise Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and high-performance, multi-brand digital ecosystems.
Throughout my career, I’ve delivered and led hundreds of projects for global organizations across healthcare, retail, biotechnology, environmental services, and public institutions. My experience includes long-term collaborations with brands such as Bayer, Sharp, Schwabe, and United Nations organizations, where reliability, governance, and scalability are critical.
